Afterwards, why don’t your pupils ‘Record and Reflect’ on their experience with our digital download sheet? They get to colour in their balloon to show how they visualised it and record how easy/challenging they found each practice.
You could also print our ‘Instruction Card’ to store in a ‘calm corner’ of your classroom for children to independently access whenever they feel the need. 🙂
